Reflection.
Presence.
The Sacred Ordinary.
I am a committed student of the soft skills of life—attention, presence, and care. My work begins with the belief that to create is to listen: to the world, to others, and to the quiet movements within ourselves. I strive to make people feel seen, heard, and welcome, both in my physical spaces and through the work I share.
With a background in pastoral care and spiritual direction, my creative practice is rooted in reflection and attentiveness. I use painting, drawing, and writing as meditative processes—ways of grounding the noise of daily life and making space for something deeper to emerge. My work often invites stillness, asking viewers to slow down and encounter themselves, and perhaps God, with greater honesty.
I am especially drawn to the intersection of creativity and community. Through years of facilitating small groups and sustaining long-term projects, I’ve learned how meaningful it is to build spaces where people can show up fully and grow over time. My aim is to bring these experiences together: to cultivate environments—both visual and communal—that are spiritually, emotionally, and creatively rich.
This site is part of that offering, not just a presentation of projects, but an open invitation into a practice of attention, reflection, and becoming.
